The team started the project Monday and wrapped up everything on Saturday. We had a hiccup with our new storm door no longer fitting after the trim was added but Mike & Andrew made sure it was fixed within a few days. A really great experience overall and couldn't be happier with how our house looks. We highly recommend them for anyone looking to have work done.

Max and his team were fabulous! … More Outstanding job done. He consistently asked and confirmed the work he does is meeting my satisfactory. There was not a single thing I was not happy about. The people at this company understood how important having house renovations mean to homeowners. At the end of work, RJ came to review if there was anything I disliked on their work. I’ve mentioned the length of gutter downspout from the face elbow on the ground. Gutter team came back in few days to extend it with the smile on their face. They didn’t treat me as an ugly customer requesting for out of normal job, which is sort of was and I knew it. RJ said that customers satisfaction after their project completed is important. They lose a star due to the lack of communication with my roof repair and small gutter and siding replacement. Mike did a great job coming out, did an estimate, took half the payment. Said it would be a few weeks to get on the books which … More was fine. After a few weeks I contacted him and he said he would check on a date, never heard back. Materials were dropped off in my driveway without notice and I was concerned they could be stolen but figured they must be coming very soon to do the job. Ended up getting in touch with Nitasha through text, she set a date but due to rain it was cancelled which again was fine. I new date was set, they never showed which again no emergency but no communication on it. Nitasha reached out again and set a another date but again rain in the forecast so I was told have to re-schedule. A couple of guys ended up showing up on that same scheduled day in an unmarked van which I saw on my ring cam and thought maybe they were stealing the materials, so I sent a text to Nitasha, no reply. it ended up being Artisan after all with a supervisor who showed up in a marked vehicle later who I chatted with briefly when i got home and the roof was installed with no issues. Also had a gutter and siding that was to be replaced and again lack of communication with the office, they claim they sent me voicemail's that I never received and when I called the office one day there was no answer or a machine to leave a message. Finally got back in touch with Nitasha and she said she was trying to get someone out to finish the gutter and siding, finally a date was set and the job got done. The quality of the work was great, the scheduling and communication was not.Service: Roof repair

I hired Artisan Building & Remodeling LLC in 7/2020 to replace my roof and rotted wood around the exterior of my home. The work done was a quality job and it definitely adds curb appeal to my home. The roof replacement took about a … More day and half. The work to replace all the wood around my home took 2 and half days. Both time frames were in line with the estimate given for the jobs. All of the people within the company were friendly and professional. They respected my home and property by doing simple things like moving potted plants that may have been damaged during the roof removal. Fred and the workers were responsive to my requests and questions; there was no need for me to repeat myself for anything. The clean up after the job was great, I found a few nails but that was minor considering the job. The only area I think is an opportunity for growth and the reason I gave 4-4.5 stars is related two occurrences of missed communication. Once was when the roofing material was delivered, I do not recall an estimated date being provided at the point of purchase and I didn't receive a call the week of delivery. The second time was when the date for the the second portion of the work was changed. I understand other factors like COVID-19, a heat wave and damage/power outages due to a tropical storm were occurring; however, a simple call to give a heads up would have solidified a 5 star rating from me. Other than these 2 times, communication was not a problem. Overall I'm satisfied with the job performed.Service: Roof installation

I recently contracted with Artisan to repair and replace exterior wood rot throughout the entire exterior of my home. Arguably a very tedious and subjective scope of work. Brandon and I did our best to align on a contract and scope of work … More but there were several bumps throughout the job. He proved to be a true professional and exceeded expectations by the end of the project. I honestly could not think of a company I would trust more than one that Brandon is running and operating. At the end of the day, he honored his word and commitment and was truly fair. These are qualities that are very hard to come by with other contractors.

Our home was severely damaged by a falling tree during a windstorm. After looking at several contractors, Artisan evaluated the damage and quickly reinforced the structure to prevent further damage. This was a significant repair. The tree had penetrated the roof and cathedral ceiling into a family room, and structurally compromised an exterior wall. Two sky lights and a double casement window were involved. Siding, a paver walkway, and more needed repair.Fred Tharin - the project manager - kept us informed of progress and expectations. At every step along the way, the Artisan team remained concerned that as homeowners, the repairs met our expectations.
